We had a great time on our Parisian Gourmet Tour.  The private guide you arranged is an amazing resource of information regarding food and French culture.  She is friendly and so knowledgeable. Enjoyed today and all the people she introduced to us. We have been walking over 15,000 steps per day. Hotel Intercontinental Le Grand is great!  Love my balcony overlooking the Opera Garnier and the private club.

When our flight was cancelled one day before departure we were rebooked 2 days later, which would have caused us to miss the wedding in a Italy where I was the maid of Honor.  Even though we purchased our tickets from someone else Ellen got on the phone and found solutions for us to arrive in time.  We will never travel again without using a travel advisor – Ellen saved the day!
